Grilled Corn On the Cob

This grilled corn on the cob recipe is simple and a great foundation to add even more flavor with various cheeses and toddler friendly toppings.  I choose the cut the kernels off the corn for my toddler to enjoy, as seen in the image above.  Keeping it classic or kicked up is entirely up to you, you could alway customized each ear of corn as well.  My toddler was so excited to dunk the corn into the water bath and then wrap each with foil, definitely a kid friendly preparation.

It was last year when I heard about a quick and less messy way to remove the husks and silk, you cut a small portion of the bottom off.  I provided a picture below to demonstrate.  It actually works well and now buying corn on the cob isn’t such a chore.

Do you have a favorite corn on the cob combination?  I would love to hear about it.  Leave a comment below
