Prepping For Valentines Day Part 1: Teacher Appreciation

With Valentines Day a month away it’s time to start planning what your kids will be bringing to their teachers to show their appreciation.  Considering both of my parents were teachers, I’m all for celebrating and thanking teachers throughout the year.  I wanted to create a Valentines Day gift with a personal touch.  Knowing that my son’s teacher loves her Dunkin Donuts Coffee, I found this great saying online to include with a gift card.  I have provided the pdf for the 5 x 7 coffee inspired card so feel free to print and use for your child’s teacher.  Be sure your printer setting is adjusted for the 5×7 size. (Printed on white 65lb 8×11 sheet of card stock)

Many classrooms these days have an aid or another adult assisting.  They need to be appreciated as well, so I created a gift consisting of a jar full of Dove promise candy hearts with a label reading: It Takes A Big Heart To Help Shape Little Minds.  This label is 3″ so if you purchase a mason jar, keep that in mind.  Again, I have provided the pdf so feel free to print and create the same fun valentine.

Need more inspiration? I have compiled some great ideas found on Pinterest and links to the corresponding sites.
